We are excited to host our event at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Claymont, Delaware   The venue is conveniently located off of I-95 in northern Delaware.  We have over 5,856 sqft for our festival on the banquet level of the hotel.    

 

 

 

Vendors:

Registration Steps

 

1.   For vending fill out the vendor registration form below.

2.   Select your vending choices from the payments options below the form.
   (or call Nefertiti with credit card info) ( 302-344-0373)     

3. Buy your ad on the ad page.

4. Remember to add dinners and show tickets for all workers at your vending table.

5. Make your hotel reservations. 

6. Upon completion you will receive an acknowledgement from your vendor coordinator with important information for successful vending.

• Vendors should expect to be able to set up Friday morning and be open by lunch break at noon.  Exact hours for vending will be sent after registration.  Please fill out the form below. 

• Vendors will not be open during performances, but can choose to open before the show, at intermission and at the close of each show.

• The festival vending area is free and open to the public during the day, presenting more opportunity for shopping. 

• Many vending spaces are locked overnight, however please register early if you definitely need one.

• Please remember to get extra dinner show tickets.

• 1 table inside (with 6ft wide by 6ft deep space)  $175

• 2 tables inside (with 6ft wide by 6ft deep space)  $225

• 3 tables inside (with 10ft wide by 8ft deep space)  $250

• BYOT:  10 by 10 space (Bring your own tables and racks)  $225

• 1 - 2 Tables, 2 chairs in pre-function area outside the ballroom
